Downey Oil is open and serving all our customers throughout Putnam, Westchester and Dutchess County.
Our family has been providing essential services to our neighbors for over a century, and we continue to do so during this difficult time. Thank you in advance for understanding the following changes to our operations:
- Please use our online resources to pay your bills or request a fuel delivery whenever possible.
- For emergency heating repairs or out-of-fuel emergency deliveries, call 845-265-8262.
- For everyone’s safety, please let us know if you require service and someone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19 or is exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
- When our service technician comes to your home, please stay at least 6’ away at all times.
- Our staff is following all appropriate illness mitigation procedures, including: practicing social distancing, frequently washing their hands, using hand sanitizer, wearing gloves and cleaning their equipment, trucks and desks on a regular basis.
- While we usually welcome your drop-in visits to make a payment and catch up, we have closed our office to the public. We look forward to seeing you again when this is over!
