What Happens at Tune-Ups?

Annual maintenance visits are designed to address any wear and tear and get ahead of any potential problems before they become more serious or disruptive.

During a maintenance visit, your HVAC professional will do the following:

• Check for damage and potential problems.
• Replace damaged or overworn parts.
• Inspect the whole heating system.
• Replace your filters.
• Clean your heating unit.
• Ensure your heating system is working as efficiently as possible.
